Shipping policy

1. Fulfillment & Shipping Times

Our fulfillment process takes 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products. Once your order has been fulfilled, it is shipped out.

Estimated Shipping Times:

• USA or EU: 3–8 business days

• Canada: 6–12 business days

• International: 10–20 business days

Note: Total delivery time = Fulfillment time + Shipping time. We appreciate your patience as we create your custom piece!

 

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You will see the final shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
